with winter coming up, who doesn’t want a tasty and cozy drink to get them into the christmas spirit.

bonus points: its actually good for you.

this hot chocolate is not only delicious, it also has clean ingredients, and even helps support brain and hormone health !


brain supporting hot chocolate

cook time 5 minutes

serves 1


ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raw milk

  • 1 tbsp sunwink cacao clarity powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • pinch of celtic sea salt

directions:

  1. add all ingredients to a small pot and place on medium heat.

  2. stir ingredients altogether until well incorporated.

  3. once it begins to simmer, take it off heat. do not let it come to a boil.
