look no further.


it's hard to come by a "healthy" juice that actually tastes good, but i promise this drink is not only enjoyable; it has anti-inflammatory properties and it's great for digestion and gut health !


no juicer? no problem.

although juicing allows for better absorption and digestion of the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables, using a blender can be more practical and can still provide you with the health benefits.

 

citrus ginger juice

prep 10 minutes

make 5 minutes

serves 2


ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes

  • 1 orange

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2-3 carrots

  • 1/4 cup ginger root

directions:

  1. wash, peel, and dry all produce, including the ginger root.

  2. add produce to juicer.

  3. add turmeric to juice and stir/shake until well incorporated.

  4. enjoy !

*if using a blender:

  1. wash, peel, and dry all produce, including the ginger root.

  2. add all ingredients to blender.

  3. blend until well incorporated.

  4. strain mixture into a jar using a cheese cloth or colander.

  5. enjoy !
