the thickest and creamiest oatmeal recipe that you will find. making oats overnight actually preserves their nutrients since it does not heat the oats, and it also reduces the amount of phytic acid in the grains, which can be harmful for your digestion and actually prevent absorption of certain minerals. making them overnight also saves so much time and energy in the morning!





creamy overnight oat and chia seed pudding

prep 5 minutes

serves 2


ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup canned coconut milk

1/4 cup yogurt

1 scoop protein powder

1 tsp honey


directions:

  1. mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or glass tupperware.

  2. leave in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

  3. in the morning, top with fruits, seeds, honey, chocolate, nut butter, etc.
