golden milk latte


ingredients:

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

pinch of black pepper

1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)

1/2 tsp honey

1 cup of milk of choice

cinnamon powder to garnish


directions:

  1. in a small pot, add all ingredients.

  2. bring pot to a simmer for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients mix well together.

  3. transfer to a cup and top with cinnamon powder
