following our no cook series, here is a protein rich, 5 minute meal that has a variety of taste and nutrients. perfect for summer beach days or football watch party nights!
loaded chicken salsa dip
prep 5 minutes
serves 2
ingredients:
5 oz canned chicken
7 oz diced tomatoes
6 oz corn
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
juice from 1/2 lime
Siete lime tortilla chips
directions:
drain canned chicken and transfer chicken to a large bowl and shred.
drain diced tomatoes and canned corn, and add to bowl.
chop cilantro and add on top.
cut 1/2 an avocado into cubes and add to bowl.
season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and red pepper flakes
drizzle with lime and mix altogether.
serve with Siete chips.
