okay this may be the best no cook recipe yet! crunchy, light, and rich with healthy fats and other nutrients, this is the easiest recipe to make whenever and wherever you are!
tuna salad lettuce wraps
prep 10 minutes
serves 2
ingredients:
1 bunch of lettuce
10 oz canned tuna
1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 celery sticks, chopped
1 lime
salt to taste
pepper to taste
directions:
wash and patt lettuce leaves dry. chop celery and onion and mince garlic so that it is prepped and ready to mix.
drain tuna cans of water and add tuna to a large bowl.
add celery, onions, garlic, and mayo to the tuna.
add salt and pepper to taste and mix altogether.
spread lettuce leaves onto a large plate. add about 2 tbsp of tuna salad to each lettuce leaf.
cut lime into wedges, sprinkle lime juice all over the wraps, and serve!
